Current Lodge Rental Rates

From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm $200 plus 15% HST Total $230
From 5:00 pm to 1:00 am $200 plus 15% HST Total $230
To rent by the hour $45 plus 15% HST per hour Total $51.75 per hour

Rental Rates to increase for bookings after September 30, 2018.

As a result of the increased costs, we feel that the time has come for us to raise our rates.
We have raised our rates only two other times in 21 years.
We hope that we can count on your continued support and sincerely thank you for your business.

New Rental Rates - effective October 1, 2018:

From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm $226.09 plus 15% HST Total $260
From 5:00 pm to 1:00 am $226.09 plus 15% HST Total $260
To rent by the hour $47.83 plus 15% HST Total $55 per hour

If these hours do not meet your needs please contact us to discuss options.

Please note on Friday and Saturday evenings we do not rent by the hour.

Method of payment is cash, cheque or Interac e-transfer

Sorry - We do not accept debit or credit card payments.

Please note: Any time required to set up prior to or clean up after your event needs to be included in the total time the lodge is rented.

For example, if you have rented the lodge starting at 5 pm then you would not have access to the lodge prior to 5 pm unless you have arranged additional rental time.

Christmas Bookings Cancellation Policy

Due to an increase in recent years of last minute cancellations, effective immediately, we are implementing the following policy. This policy will affect bookings from mid-November to the end of December.

Once a booking is confirmed, if it becomes necessary to cancel, the lodge will make every effort to rebook that time slot. However, if rebooking does not occur then lodge rental payment would be expected from the party who made original confirmed booking. The booking will be considered "confirmed" once someone from the lodge has called (during October and early November) to verify the booking. This would apply to lodge rental only.

To repeat – once a booking is confirmed and then subsequently cancelled no payment would be due if that time slot is booked by another party. Only if the original confirmed booking is not rebooked will lodge rental payment be expected from the party that cancelled the original confirmed booking.

Wedding Deposit Policy

Due to an increase in last minute cancellations over the past several years,
we are implementing the following policy for wedding bookings.
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit paid at least 6 months in advance of the event is required.
